File Locations

Starting with Oracle Hardware Management Pack 2.4.9.0, the HMP watchdog agent and associated ILOM and host watchdog services are no longer available.

The following table lists the location of important HMP watchdog agent files.

File Type	Location
Configuration file	/etc/ssm_directory/hmp_watchdogd.conf Where ssm_directory is either sun-ssm or ssm, depending on your version of Oracle Hardware Management Pack.
Log file	/var/log/ssm_directory/hmp_watchdogd.log Where ssm_directory is either sun-ssm or ssm, depending on your version of Oracle Hardware Management Pack.
PID file	/var/run/sun-ssm-hmp-watchdogd.pid
Binary file	/usr/sbin/hmp_watchdogd
ILOM watchdog state file	/var/run/sun-ssm-ilom-watchdog-state
Host watchdog state file	/var/run/sun-ssm-host-watchdog-state
