Troubleshooting the VNC Connection

Follow these guidelines for troubleshooting the VNC connection to the Solaris host VNC server.

  • Verify the Xvnc on the Solaris host server is running.

    svcs -a |grep vnc

  • Restart Xvnc if reported disabled.

    svcadm enable svc:/application/x11/xvnc-inetd:default
