Configure and Manage SSL Server Certificates

Before You Begin

  • The Admin (a) role is required to configure the SSL server certificate settings.

  • The SSL server certificate files must be in PEM (Privacy Enhanced Mail) format, and they must not be encrypted with a passphrase.

  • When uploading an SSL server certificate, the SSL certificate and key set must match.

  • The following properties on the Management Access > Web Server page must be enabled: Service State and Allowed Services: Browser.

  1. I the Oracle ILOM web interface, click ILOM Administration -> Management Access -> Server Certificates.
  2. In the Server Certificates page, perform the following;
    1. In the Settings section, enable or disable the Strict Certificate Mode property. For further information, click the More details... link located at the top of the Management Access -> Server Certificates page.

    2. In the Server Certificate section, add or remove a trusted SSL server certificate. For further information, click the More details... link located at the top of the Management Access -> Server Certificates page.

    3. Click Save to apply the changes.
