The image shows a Google Cloud Region and an OCI Region with an Oracle Interconnect
for Google Cloud that connects Google Cloud Interconnect and OCI FastConnect. There is
two-way communication between the Google Cloud Interconnect and the Google Cluster
Network and two-way communication between OCI FastConnect and the VCN on OCI.
In this architecture, the end users on the internet have 2-way communication
with the components in the Google Cloud Region.
The Google Cloud Region has the following components:
- Monitoring
- Cloud Key Management
- Container Registry
- Kubernetes Engine
- Cloud IAM
- Cloud Storage
- Cluster Network with a Cloud Network, Cloud Routes and System Nodes
Information flows from the Kubernetes Engine to the Cluster Network and bi-directionally
between the Cluster Network and Cloud Storage.
The OCI Region has the following components:
- Availability Domain
- VCN with the following subnets and components:
- AI Interface Subnet with OCI Kubernetes Engine and GPU workers
- Storage Mesh Subnet with OCI Block Storage, CPU workers, and OCI File
Storage
- Storage Gateway
- Oracle Services Network with the following components:
- OCI Container Registry with two-way communication with the AI Interface
Subnet
- OCI Identity and Access Management
- OCI Object Storage with two-way communication through a service gateway
on the VCN
