This image shows and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure tenancy with two regions, Region 1 and Region 2 secured with Oracle Cloud Guard. Both Region 1 and Region 2 are in the same compartment. Each region contains an Object Storage bucket whose contents are synced with cross region replication.

The image also shows an on-premises data center containing a file system storage, a customer premises equipment, a database server, an application server, and a Storage Gateway.

Data from the on-premises data center is securely backed up to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure FastConnect.
