This image shows the data flow through the ChainSys tenancy on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Incoming source data from on-premises or third-party cloud systems is handled by connection adapters in a connection layer in the OCI region. The data is passed to the data quality, data catalog, and rapid application builder services in an application servers/business logic layer. The data is passed to integration/migration in the data exchange layer and then on to target systems in public clouds, private clouds, or on premises.

Data from the data catalog is also passed on to a data visualization layer and then to a web node layer where it can be used by internet users and by users from the on-premises source systems.
