This image shows the interactions between participating applications, Oracle Visual Builder and Oracle Identity Cloud Service. A user accesses an embedded Fusion SaaS application and Oracle Visual Builder.
The Fusion app is authenticated and authorized through a SaaS or third-party identity provider. The Oracle Visual Builder instance access the same Fusion app by using REST oAuth. It also accesses the OIC process or another SaaS application via REST oAuth. This Oracle Identity Cloud Service process or other SaaS application is authenticated and authorized through the same SaaS or third-party identity provider as the embedded Fusion app.
This SaaS or third-party identity provider communicates bidirectionally with Oracle Identity Cloud Service, which itself is used for authentication and authorization by both the Oracle Visual Builder and Oracle Identity Cloud Service instances.
