The diagram illustrates in general terms how Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse is used to produce line-of-business analytics.

Directional text boxes show from left to right how data moves through stages from data sources through extract-transform-load (ETL) tools through data management to analytics tools and finally to data consumers. Beneath the directional boxes, the components used in each stage are shown in columns in a simple block diagram.

• The data source stage includes icon images for personal or external data sets in different text file formats and for enterprise applications.

• The central figure is a box representing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The box includes the next three stages. ETL tools includes icons for data migration and integration and for object storage. The data management stage includes an icon for Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse. The analytics tools stage includes icons for several analytics platforms.

• The data consumer stage is divided into two, boxed sections. One box includes icons for different data uses such as reports, charts, and machine learning patterns. The other box includes icons for different data users including line-of-business users, analysts, data scientists, and developers.
