  • Registers for training
Using Processes and Visual Builder features in Oracle Integration, a manager performs the following:
  • Assigns tasks to employees
  • Views training requests created by employees

Information about tasks is exchanged between Oracle Content and Experience and Processes in Oracle Integration.

Data associated with events and training is exchanged between Oracle Content and Experience and Visual Builder in Oracle Integration.

The user roles in Processes (in Oracle Integration) are automatically preloaded when you import the process file (CafeSupremoIntranet.exp) into Processes in the Oracle Integration system as part of setting up the intranet website. The following user roles are the ones that are preloaded:
  • HR Manager – Users of this type can assign tasks to employees in Processes (in Oracle Integration).
  • Employee – Users of this type can view the tasks assigned to them and complete them using the intranet website.
In Visual Builder, users will typically fall into one of the following roles:
  • Event Manager – Users of this type can manage the events’ details (such as adding, modifying, or deleting an event).
  • Employee – Users of this type can view the events.
