This image shows the workflow for workload cost management. Cost management includes the following two parts:
- Cost Tracking: Create budgets for workload and set alert rules
- Cost Control: Workload shares an existing compartment
                  - Update existing compartment quota to accommodate additional resources
 
- Cost Control: Workload creates in a new compartment
                  - Create resource quota for new compartment
 
Finally, evaluate and increase existing service limits to accommodate additional resources.
