• Saas - Fusion Apps and other cloud services
• Paas - Analytics and various integrations
• Iaas - Infrastructure and Autonomous database

The OCI Region enforces a unified identity using Identity and Access Management (IAM) within the Shared Services. You can integrate Oracle cloud with the on-premises or third-party cloud using open standards like SCIM 2.0, SAML, and OIDC.

On-premises or third-party applications can use Active Directory and Partner Identity Providers and communicate with IAM. Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise is an example of an on-premises application.

Other third-party cloud and Saas services can use IAM to manage the Unified Identity across Saas and Paas.
