There is an OCI VCN, OCI managed network subnet, and OCI managed network that spans the Azure region into an OCI region. Oracle Database@Azure is contained within the OCI managed network subnet in the Azure region.

There are OCI managed services in the OCI region such as control plane and OCI Object Storage.
