The image shows an example of the Loyalty Customer Performance dashboard. This
dashboard is divided into five panels that show:
- Loyalty Customers vs. Opt Out Customers, a bar chart that compares,
for the most recent nine fiscal quarters the number of new loyalty customers to
the number of customers who've opted out of your loyalty programs.
- Membership Split - Opt Out Customers, a bar graph that shows, for
the preceding nine quarters, the number of opt-out customers segmented by which
loyalty program they opted out.
- Points Redeemed vs. Points Expired, an area graph that compares, for
the six most recent months, the rate at which loyalty points were redeemed to
the rate at which loyalty points expired.
- Points Redeemed - % Demand Elasticity Coefficients vs. Days Bucket,
a waterfall chart that compares, for the preceding year, points redeemed to
their demand elasticity coefficients, expressed as percentages.
- Reasons for Opting Out, a donut pie chart that breaks down, by
percentage, the reasons why customers opted out of a loyalty program.
