This image shows multicloud connectivity between Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) using Oracle's connectivity partner Megaport backbone.

The Megaport Backbone shows a Megaport Cloud Router interconnects the VXC which attach to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure FastConnect and the AWS Direct Connect Private VIF circuits.

The OCI region shows a Virtual Cloud Network (VCN) with the Exadata cloud service deployed. The VCN that's used for the database has a dynamic routing gateway (DRG). The Exadata cloud service connects to VXC within the Megaport Backbone using FastConnect through the dynamic routing gateway.

The AWS Region shows Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) running on a compute EC2 instance. In the AWS region, the VPC that's used for the compute instance has a virtual gateway (VGW). An AWS Direct Connect Private VIF is used to associate the VGW with AWS Direct Connect.
