Provision Database

1. In OCI, change to the compartment of your choice, and create an Autonomous Database.
2. Ensure the pluggable database (PDB) is provisioned as follows, and the corresponding information is passed into the container database (CDB) where the PDB will be provisioned.

   Compartment	Compartment for Workload
   Workload Type	Transaction Processing
   Deployment Type	Dedicated Infrastructure
   Choose Autonomous Container Database	Compartment for Autonomous Container Database
   Configure network access	Define ACL
   Character Set	AL32UTF8
   National Character Set	UTF8

3. Validate the PDB from the OCI console.
