Implement solutions to ensure that you understand
the health of both your applications and the cloud infrastructure supporting those
applications. Oracle Cloud Observability and Management Platform provides a
comprehensive platform for analyzing the resources used by your workloads in terms of
health and performance. You can also use Oracle Cloud Observability and
Management Platform with your application, if required.
Implement Health Checks
Cloud Architect, Infrastructure Lead
For public facing applications and endpoints, use the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Health Checks service to create external probes from various locations around the world
to monitor the accessibility of those applications and endpoints.
Configure
the health checks in Oracle Cloud
Infrastructure Load Balancing (LBaaS) so that you can determine the health status from the Console or API.
