The image shows the architecture for searching documents and images stored in Object Storage using OpenSearch, AI Vision, Text Recognition.

An user uploads the document to Object Storage.

The OCI Region contains Object Storage which raises an event and is queued in Streaming (Kafka). The event is processed by Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC) based on the file type: Function for Document Parsing or Artificial Intelligence Vision / Text Recognition.

The result is uploaded to OpenSearch and can be searched by the user in the interface built with Visual Builder.

The Function Document Parsing and OpenSearch are inside Subnet A contained in an Availability Domain with a VCN.
