An OCI Region hosts a singe availability domain with a VCN: virtual cloud network (vcn), a Private Subnet A and OCI Generative AI. The availability domain hosts Oracle APEX Service and Oracle Autonomous AI Database, and Oracle Services Network (OSN). OSN exposes a specific managed services to workloads as follows:

• OCI Identity and Access Management
• OCI Speech
• OCI Object Storage
• Compartments
• OCI Language

Within the OCI region:

• The dynamic routing gateway (DRG) attaches to the virtual cloud network (VCN).
• Compartments group resources and policies for the solution.
• The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure identity and access management (IAM) service authorizes service calls.
• Oracle Autonomous AI Database ingests transcripts and artifacts from OCI Object Storage indicated by a one-way arrow.
• Oracle APEX Service reads insights indicated by a one-way arrow from Oracle Autonomous AI Database.
• Oracle Autonomous AI Database invokes OCI Generative AI indicated by a two-way arrow connection.
• OCI Speech transcribes audio to text and places results in OCI Object Storage indicated by a two-way arrow connection.
