The OCI Region contains the following components:
- Oracle Integration acts as an Orchestration Engine with the following
Integration flow: CRM Adapter, Native call to Object Storage, Native call to Gen
AI service, CRM Adapter, Native call to Object Storage, Native call to Function,
Native call to Object Storage, CRM Adapter.
- CRM Adapter (box 1) connects to CRM Applications (unidirectional
arrow numbered 3) which connects to CRM Adapter (box 2 - unidirectional arrow
numbered 6). CRM adapter (box 3) connects to CRM Applications (unidirectional
arrow numbered 11).
- OCI Object Storage is connected by a unidirectional arrow from Native call to
Object Storage numbered 4, 7, and 10.
- OCI Generative AI is connected by a unidirectional arrow from Native call to Gen
AI Service numbered 5.
- OCI Functions is connected to Native call to Function by a
unidirectional arrow numbered 8 and is connected by a unidirectional arrow from
OCI Gen AI RAG Agent numbered 9.
