The image shows ReadyNetworks' future multiregion Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and third-party cloud environment.

Users are authenticated by using a third-party cloud that includes Azure active directory, Azure AD connect cloud sync, and multifactor authentication (MFA).

After they are authenticated, users access the Six.One portal on OCI by using use a remote desktop protocol (RDP) gateway, either directly or by also using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Web Application Firewall.

The OCI region provides 1 availability domain, 3 fault domains, a production compartment, and compartments for each customer. The region provides the following services:

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Audit
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Backup and Restore
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure File Storage
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Logging
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Object Storage
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Tagging

Production compartment: Includes 1 VCN with the following gateways:

• Internet gateway: Provides communications between public subnets and internet hosts. RDP traffic uses the internet gateway.
• Service gateway: VCNs communicate with services such as object storage over the Oracle network fabric without traversing the internet.

The VCN provides 2 private subnets each with its own security list and route table.

• Six.One portal private subnet: Includes an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE) cluster with an instance pool and the Six.One portal in fault domain 2 and OKE autoscaling in fault domain 3.
• VDI private subnet: Includes an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE) cluster with encryption, a flex VM and, optionally, active directory in fault domain 1. Fault domain 2 includes an OKE instance pool, a persistent volume, and a RDP gateway pod. Fault domain 3 includes OKE autoscaling.

Customer compartments: Each customer compartment includes a VCN with a private subnet that optionally includes a GPU in fault domain 1, encryption, a persistent volume and a flex VM in fault domain 2. Customer compartments include communications by using a dynamic routing gateway (DRG) in a hub and spoke arrangement.
