The image shows an Oracle region that contains a virtual cloud network and two
private subnets (A and B) that all span a single availability domain. The region also
contains an Oracle Fusion instance. The VCN contains an Object Storage instance. Within
the availability domain, Subnet A contains an Autonomous Data Warehouse and an instance
of Oracle GoldenGate. Subnet B contains a single Data Integration instance. Outside of
the region are three third party data warehouses:
- Azure ADLS
- Snowflake
- Amazon Web Services Redshift.
Traffic flows from the Oracle Fusion instance to the Object Storage instance via an
Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC). From there, it is directed to the
Data Integration implementation, which then passes it to the ADW in Subnet A and then to
the Oracle GoldenGate instance. Traffic passes from the Oracle GoldenGate instance,
through a dynamic routing gateway out of the region to one of the three third-party data
warehouses.
