Optionally Set the KMA Service IP Addresses (using QuickStart)

Optionally, set the KMA service IP addresses after setting the technical support account within the QuickStart wizard.

  1. Type either y or n when prompted to set the KMA service IP address:
    Set KMA Service IP Addresses
    ------------------------------------------------------------
    
    Press Ctrl-c to abort.
    
    The optional service IP Address configuration is defined for the
    KMA to communicate with Agents in your system.
    
    Service Network configuration is optional.
    
    Do you want to configure the Service Network interface? [y/n]:
    • If you type y, continue with the remaining steps.
    • If you type n, a confirmation message indicates that the service network flag has been applied successfully.
  2. Type either n or y when prompted to configure IPv6.
  3. Type either n or y when prompted to use DHCP for the IPv4 interface.
  4. Type the Service Network IP address and press Enter.
  5. Type the Subnet Mask address (for example 255.255.254.0) and press Enter.
  6. Proceed to Modify Gateway Settings (using QuickStart).
