Changing your password in an SSO environment
- On the login page, click Forgot Password.
The Forgot Password page appears.
- In the User Login field, enter your user name.
- Click Next.
The Answer Challenge Questions page appears.
- Enter your responses to the challenge questions.
- Click Next.
The Select a new password page appears.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Save.
