View the differences between two versions of a form
Tips:
- If you manually deploy your study, you must have a successfully deployed baseline to view the differences between two versions of a form.
- If you perform an in-place revision and manually deploy the study, when you attempt to view the differences between two versions of a form, the differences shown are not correct.
- At the bottom of the Project Explorer, click the Forms and Transactions (
) button, and expand the InForm folder and the Forms folder, if necessary. - Select a form, and then select the Layout tab.
- At the top of the Layout tab, all the way to the right, click IPR Configuration.
- In the IPR Configuration dialog box, select a deployment instance and a study version, and click View Differences.
- Do the following:
- In the Form drop-down list, select a form.
- In the Preexisting version drop-down list, select a study version with which to compare the form.
- If your study uses more than one locale, in the Locale drop-down list, select a locale.
- Click View Differences.
- Optionally:
- To view details about the differences, at the bottom of the screen, select a study object.
- To preview or print each version of the form individually, click the Preview Form button, and select an action from the drop-down list.
