Remove forms from a signature group

At the bottom of the Project Explorer, click the Study Information () button.
Expand the study folder, and select Administration.
Select the Signature Groups tab.
In the top grid, highlight the signature group from which to remove a form by clicking the box on the left.
In the middle grid, highlight the form to remove by clicking the box on the left and click Remove.
