Arrange the columns in a grid

In the Project Explorer, select a folder, such as InForm Items.
In the grid, right-click any column, then select Columns.
In the Displayed Columns list, select a column and click the Move Up and Move Down buttons to reposition it.
When you are finished arranging the columns, click OK.
