Install the Requestor
- Extract the product archive to a location accessible from the InForm application server.
- On the InForm application server, navigate to Disk1/bin.
- Run the file setup.exe to start the installer.
- Follow the steps described in the following table to complete the installation.

Click Next.

Specify Home Details
Enter the following information, and then click Next.
- Name—Name for the installation.
- Path—Folder where to install the CRF Submit Requestor.

Install Options
Select Install Requestor, and then click Next.
The installer verifies that the server has all the necessary software components. If any issues are identified, an error message is displayed.

Requestor Settings
Enter the following information, and then click Next.
- Source Data Port—Port used by the Source Data API web service. Default is 37981.
- Server Manager Host—Host name for the Server Manager.
- Server Manager Port—Port used by the Server Manager web service. Default is 52768.
- Business API Port—Port used by the Business API web service. Default is 20124.
- Web API User and Password—Credentials used for communicating with the other CRF Submit components.
- Storage Server Host—Host name for the Storage Server.
- Storage Server Port—Port used by the Storage Server. Default is 52768.

Summary
Review the summary of the installation and click Install to start the installation.

Install
The progress of the installation is displayed.

End of Installation
Click Exit to complete the installation.
