Add InForm trials
- Extract the product archive to a location accessible from the InForm application server.
- On the InForm application server, navigate to Disk1/install.
- Run the file setup.exe to start the installer.
- Follow the steps described in the following table to add one or more InForm trials.

Click Next.

Specify Home Details
Enter the following information, and then click Next.
- Name—Name for the installation.
- Path—Folder where the CRF Submit Requestor is installed.

Install Options
Select Configure trials, and then click Next.
The installer verifies that the server has all the necessary software components. If any issues are identified, an error message is displayed.

Trial Configuration Settings
Enter the number of trials you want to set up, and then click Next. Default is 1.

Trial Configuration
In the column of each trial, provide the following information, and then click Next.
- Sponsor Name—Name of the sponsor, as entered in CRFS Admin.
- Trial Schema Name/Password/TNS Name—Details for the InForm trial database schema.
- Trial Admin Schema Name/Password/TNS Name—Details for the InForm Admin database schema.
- Portal Schema Name/Password/TNS Name—Details for the InForm Portal database schema.
- Reporting Schema Name/Password/TNS Name—Details for the InForm Reporting database schema.
- Completion Email—Whether to send email notifications upon request completion. Default is False.
- Default Email Address—Email address where to send notifications if Completion Email is True.
- Reset—Whether existing trial information should be removed from CRF Submit if the details entered are for a trial that is already set up. Default is False.
- Site Patients Per Request—Maximum number of PDF files a site can include in a single request. Default is 5. Maximum is 25.
- ETMF Support—Whether the trial supports downloads for eTMF. Default is False.

Summary
Review the summary and click Install.

Install
The progress is displayed.

End of Installation
Click Exit to complete the wizard.
