Set the delegation state for Windows Authentication—Server Manager only
On the computer where you install the Server Manager:
- Select Start > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
- Select <Local Computer> > Feature Delegation.
- Right-click Authentication - Windows, and select Read/Write.
