Error and warning messages in the installer

The following table contains a list of error and warning messages that may appear when you run the CRF Submit installer, and information about their causes. For some messages, you must increase the size of the dialog box where they appear to see the whole text.

The folder is not accessible.	Choose Oracle Client Home Directory	Incorrect path entered in the field Client Home.
The passwords do not match.	Server Manager Settings	Strings entered in the fields Web API Password and Confirm Password do not match.
Unable to connect to the database using the DBA user/pass! Please check and try again.	Database Settings	Incorrect data entered in one or more of the following fields: Host name, Port, Service Name, DBA Username, or DBA Password.
The <Schema_Name> schema does not exist! Would you like to create it?	Database Settings	Database user and associated schema do not exist. Click Yes to create it (recommended), or No to return.
The database details do not correspond to a PDB database! Please check and try again.	<Component> Database Settings	Database is not a pluggable database (PDB).
Cannot connect to the database! Please check the data you have entered and try again.	<Component> Database Settings	Incorrect data entered in the fields Host Name, Port, Service Name, Schema Name, or Schema Password.
An entry with the same name already exists in tnsnames.ora. Would you like to reuse it?	<Component> Database Settings	TNS Name already exists. Click Yes to use the existing alias, or No to return.
The Server Manager component cannot be found inside the database! Please install Server Manager first, or choose a new database.	<Component> Database Settings	You are installing a Connector, Storage, or DocGen server but the Server Manager either isn't installed, or is installed but the database details provided are not for the database configured for it.
The <Component> port is not available!	<Component> Settings	Port number entered is used by another application. Depending on the component, either the Connector, Server Manager, Business API, Storage, DocGen, or Source Data port.
The Business API server is unreachable! Please verify and try again.	<Component> Settings	Incorrect data entered in the fields Business API Host Name or Business API Port, or the Server Manager computer is not running.
The username / password combination is incorrect! Please verify and try again.	<Component> Settings	Incorrect data entered in the fields Web API User or Web API Password.
<Trial_Name> cannot connect to the database using the given trial database details!	Trial Configuration	Incorrect details entered for the trial database (Trial Schema Name, Password, or TNS Name).
<Trial_Name> cannot connect to the database using the given reporting database details!	Trial Configuration	Incorrect details entered for the reporting database (Reporting Schema Name, Password, or TNS Name).
<Trial_Name> cannot connect to the database using the given trial admin database details!	Trial Configuration	Incorrect details entered for the trial admin database (Trial Admin Schema Name, Password, or TNS Name).
Cannot find any trials to remove!	Install Options	Remove Trials selected, but no trials have been configured on the server.
The SourceData server seems unavailable! Please verify and try again.	Install Options	Configure Trials selected, but the Requestor component is not installed.
You must select at least one trial to remove!	Remove Trial	No trial has been selected for removal.
<Trial_Name> cannot connect to the database using the given portal database details!	Remove Trial	Incorrect details entered for the portal database (Portal Schema, Password, or TNS Name).
