Remove the Empirica Signal roles from the user's OHSIAMS account

  1. Log in to OHSIAMS using the URL you received when your CDA account was created.
  2. Under Administration, click Users.
  3. Enter search criteria for the user. For example:

    From the E-mail drop-down, select Contains, and enter the user's email address.

    or

    From the Display Name drop-down, select Contains, and enter the user's display name.

  4. Click Search.
  5. Click the link in the User Login column to open the User Details page.
  6. On the User Details page, select the Roles tab.
    • To remove a role from the user's OHSIAMS account:
      1. In the table, select the role.
      2. From the Actions drop-down located above the table of roles, select Remove.
      3. Click Submit.
    • To remove several roles from the user's OHSIAMS account:
      1. In the row controls at the top of the tab, click Revoke Roles.
      2. Select the checkboxes corresponding to the roles to revoke.
      3. Click Revoke.
