Adding a topic template action

To add a topic template action, follow these steps:

1.         Click Settings, and click Manage Topic Workflow Configurations.

The Manage Topic Workflow Configurations page appears.

2.         Click the row menu (Row menu), and click Manage Topic Templates.

The Manage Topic Templates page appears.

3.         Click the row menu, and click Edit.

The Topic Template page appears. 

4.         In the Topic Template Actions section, click Add Topic Template Action.

The Add Topic Template Action dialog box appears.

5.         Type action name and description for the topic template action.

Date fields are specified as offsets. Date offsets specified in the topic template are inherited by topics as actual dates, offset from the time of topic creation.

6.         Enter values for any other fields to be included in the template action.

7.         Click Save.

The new topic template action appears in the Topic Template Actions table of the Topic Template page.
