Cancelling a background processing job for a case series

The Cancel action menu command is available for In Queue or Running case series or report outputs in your background processing queue. You can cancel these jobs at any time from the Case Series page, depending on the job type you submitted. You cannot cancel jobs when hovering your mouse over the Background Processing indicator.

If you are a superuser, you can:

You cancel other users' jobs on the Case Series page.

To cancel a case series background processing job:

1.         Click the Case Series tab.

The Case Series page appears.

2.         Locate the case series for which you submitted a background processing job. The status in the Status column is Running. If you are a superuser, you can locate the case series that another user submitted.

If necessary, hover your mouse over the Background Processing indicator located next to the Preferences link to obtain the case series name from your job queue. You can sort case series by status to locate In Queue or Running jobs.

3.         Click the row menu (Row menu) next to the case series, and click Cancel.

The application cancels the job and sets the case series status to Cancelled.
