Printing or copying charts (Drugs tab)

To print a chart:

1.         Configure Internet Explorer to print background colors and images. See Prerequisites and usage notes for more information.

2.         With the Internet Explorer Page Setup option, set up the print options, including headers and footers that you want to use for graphs. Note that you can enter "&p" to show the page number and "&P" to show the total number of pages. For example, you can enter "Page &p of &P" as the page footer. A single chart may span multiple pages, so it is recommended that you include page numbers in the header or footer of your printouts.

3.         To print a single chart, under the chart, click Print.

or

To print all charts in the layout, from the Layout menu, click Print.

A preview of the printed chart appears in the Drug Profile dialog box and the Internet Explorer Print window appears.

4.         Select print options from the General tab and Options tab.

5.         Click Print.

To copy a chart:

1.         Display the chart.

2.         Under the chart, click Copy.

3.         Open the document to which you want to add the chart.

4.         Paste in the chart using the Paste command for that application.
