Reopening an action

1.         Click the Topics tab

The Topics page appears.

Click the row menu (Row menu) for a topic, and then click Edit.

The Topic page appears.

In the Topic Actions section, search for the action in the final state that you want to reopen. Click Row menu, and then click Reopen.

Note: The Reopen action appears if Action states include a transition following a Final Action State and your user administrator assigns you the permission, Reopen Topics/Actions.

The Action General Information section of the Reopen Topic Action dialog box appears.

In the Action state drop-down list, select a state.

The topic workflow configuration determines the available states you can assign.

Click Save.

You can view and edit the action as necessary. The action state change is also recorded in the History of Action General Information section on the Topic Action page.
