The Empirica Signal online Help system provides information about pages and tabs, procedures for performing Empirica Signal activities, and conceptual and instructional topics. The help system is context-sensitive; that is, if you click the Help link on an Empirica Signal page, information about that page appears.
1. Click the Help command or click Help on an Empirica Signal page. Help for the page that you are viewing appears in a new browser window.
2. To view the main help page, click Show Table of Contents at the top of the help page. The main help window includes a toolbar with the following buttons:

To find help topics containing a particular word or phrase, type in the word or phrase and click GO. Click a listed topic to display it. |

INDEX |
Display an alphabetized list of index entries for the Help system. Select a keyword from the list, or type a keyword in the field above the index entries. To go to the first occurrence of an index entry starting with particular characters, type the characters. When you click an index entry, if only one help topic is associated with the index entry, that topic is appears. If multiple topics are associated with the entry, a popup window shows the topics and you can select one. |
