To print a graph:

1.         Configure Internet Explorer to print background colors and images. See Prerequisites and usage notes for more information.

2.         With the Internet Explorer Page Setup option, set up the print options, including the headers and footers that you want to use for graphs. Note that you can enter &p to show the page number and &P to show the total number of pages. For example, you can enter Page &p of &P. A single graph may span multiple pages, so it is recommended that you include page numbers in the header or footer of your printouts.

3.         Check or clear Key and Notes, depending on whether you want to include the graph key or notes in the printout.

4.         Clear Links.

5.         Click Print.

The Internet Explorer Print dialog box appears.

6.         Select the orientation of the paper (Portrait or Landscape) and make other choices.

To download graph data to Microsoft Excel:

You can download data that appears in the graph to Microsoft Excel.

1.         See Prerequisites and usage notes for information about configuring Internet Explorer for downloading.

2.         Check Links.

3.         Click Download Data for Graph(s) to Excel.

The File Download dialog box appears.

4.         Indicate whether you want to open the file or save the file to your computer.

The file always downloads to a comma-separated (.csv) file. If you open the file from within the application, the file always opens in Excel. If you save the file and open it from your desktop, the file opens in the application associated (in Microsoft Windows) with the file extension CSV.
