Copying a report definition

If you cannot edit a report definition, you can copy it and modify the copy as needed.

1.         On the Report Definitions page, select the row menu () for the report definition, and then click Copy.

The Copy Definition page appears.

2.         In the Name for Report field, type a report name. The name does not need to be unique, although Oracle recommends that you provide a unique and meaningful name.

3.         In the Description of Report field, type a report description that differentiates the report definition from others on the Report Definitions page.

4.         Click Save.

• If you want to assign the report definition to a project, edit the report definition to provide a project name on the Report Descriptors page.
• Edit the copy of the report definition as needed.
