Editing report attributes

1.         While editing a report definition pages, click the Report Attributes option.

The Edit Report Attributes page appears.

2.         To disable drill-down for column variables in the report, click Generate drill-down Information, then change the value of the field to No.

This option is not available for an all cases summary interactive report.

Note: When generated, drill-down information increases the amount of memory used for report output. For large reports, this option should be set to No.

3.         To specify report restrictions, click Restrict by SQL WHERE Clause.

The Restrict by SQL WHERE Clause page appears. Only cases that meet the criteria of the Where clause that you specify are included in the report.

4.         Type the SQL WHERE clause.

5.         To see the columns defined for the report, click Show Columns.

Note: To know the list of supported SQL functions, see SQL functions.

6.         Click Apply.

You can edit column attributes, edit report descriptors, or save or run the report definition. For an interactive report definition, you also can define a query.
