You must have the Manage Signaling Terms permission to automatically assign reviewers to drugs. Additionally, an administrator must enable the Allow Automatic Assignment of Reviewers to Drugs site option.
1. Click the Signals tab.
2. Click Drug Overviews.
The Drug Overviews page appears.
3. Click Auto-Assign to Reviewers.
4. Select a signal set and time period, and click Next.
Only time periods for which there are new cases are available to select. If there are no time periods with new cases for a signal set, the signal set is not available to select.
5. Select reviewers from a list, and click Next.
Available reviewers for assignment are those in login groups to which the signal configuration is published.
6. Select drugs from a list, and click Next.
Available drugs are those that are marked as allowing participation in automatic assignment and for which there are new cases since the selected time period.
7. Click Next.
The Automatic Assignments dialog box appears, showing the reviewer assignments to be made. The number of new cases for each drug is also shown.
8. Click Assign.
