1. Click the Signals tab.
2. Click Drug Overviews.
The Drug Overviews page appears.
3. In the table, locate the drug to edit.
4. Click the row menu () for the drug, and then click Enter Note.
The Enter Drug Note dialog box appears. The Last saved field indicates the last time that the note was edited. The text boxes show previously saved text or default text defined for your configuration.
5. Type your drug note.
6. If check boxes appear, optionally select any check boxes.
7. Click Save.
