Modifying the display order for a field

1.         Click Settings, and click Manage Topic Workflow Configurations.

The Manage Topic Workflow Configurations page appears.

2.         Click the row menu (Row menu), and click Manage Fields.

The Manage Fields page appears.

3.         To order a field, click Modify Display Order.

The Modify Display Order dialog box appears.

4.         The dialog box lists every field in the currently assigned display order. For each field, the identifying information appears as Display name [COLUMN_NAME] (ID=#).

5.         Click a field to select it.

6.         Use the Up arrow and Down arrow keys to move the field up or down in the list.

7.         When sequencing is complete, click OK.

A new order number is assigned to the field.
