Remove the Empirica Signal roles from the user's OHSIAMS account
- Log in to OHSIAMS using the URL you received when your CDA account was created.
- Under Administration, click Users.
- Enter search criteria for the user. For example:
From the E-mail drop-down, select Contains, and enter the user's email address.
or
From the Display Name drop-down, select Contains, and enter the user's display name.
- Click Search.
- Click the link in the User Login column to open the User Details page.
- On the User Details page, select the Roles tab.
- To remove a role from the user's OHSIAMS account:
- In the table, select the role.
- From the Actions drop-down located above the table of roles, select Remove.
- Click Submit.
- To remove several roles from the user's OHSIAMS account:
- In the row controls at the top of the tab, click Revoke Roles.
- Select the checkboxes corresponding to the roles to revoke.
