1. Click Settings.
The Settings page appears.
2. From the Configure System section, click Manage Topic Workflow Configurations.
The Manage Topic Workflow Configurations page appears.
3. Click the row menu ( ) for a topic workflow configure, and then click Manage Topic Templates.
The Manage Topic Templates page appears.
4. Click the row menu for a topic template, and then click Copy.
The Copy Topic Template page appears.
5. In the Name field, leave the default name or type a different template name.
6. In the Description field, type a description of the topic template.
7. Click Save.
The Manage Topic Templates page appears. The copy appears in the table.
