1. Find the entry in the list. If a Match field is available, type a string and click Find.
All entries containing that string are listed; the matching does not distinguish between cases (upper, lower, mixed). See below for tips on how to search for entries using the Match field.
2. To list all entries again, click Show All.
Note: When an entry is highlighted in the list, you can go to the next occurrence of an entry starting with a character that you type. For example, you can highlight the first entry in the list and type “H” to go to the first entry starting with “H”.
3. To highlight an entry, click the entry in the list.
4. You can also do the following:
5. To move entries back and forth between the list of all entries and the list of selected entries, double-click a highlighted entry or use the arrow keys as follows:

Use To |
Move highlighted entries from the list of all entries to the list of selected entries. |

Move all entries from the list of selected entries to the list of available entries. |
If Clear is available, you can click it to clear out the list of selected entries.
6. If up and down arrows are available for the list of selected entries, you can use them to order the selected entries. For example, when specifying breakdown details in a report definition, you can order the selected entries as you want them to appear in the report.
7. When you are satisfied with the selected entries, click OK. (In some contexts, the button may instead be Save or Copy.)
