5.76.1 Introduction

The R_Patient (universal) CMET represents the Patient Role, played by a person who is the recipient of health-related services, and scoped by a Healthcare Provider. This CMET supports the case where the receiver needs all the information about a living subject patient or a non person living subject. This CMET is intended to provide enough information to register a patient as a side effect of a patient administration or clinical message.
