5.69.1 Introduction

The R_LocationServiceDelivery (universal) CMET represents a physical place as a location that can participate in an act. It can be a general location (for example, cardiology clinic), and /or can be the physical address of a place. It indicates a site where healthcare services are provided (for example, a designated health care facility, specific work or accident site, bed, nursing station, or floor) and optionally includes an administering organization.
