The Control Act Wrapper is the event wrapper for all administrative and clinical acts. It contains the information necessary to identify the real world event that triggered the message. The Control Act includes the trigger event, the data enterer, the location where the message was entered, and the pointer to the message payload subject.
HDR Version 7 Control Act Wrapper is fully conformant with HL7 Control Act Wrapper.
The Control Act Wrapper RMIM describes the structure of the message layer between the transport wrapper and the domain, when the focal class of the domain is an Act. For example, it provides information about the trigger event, author, data enterer, and the reason for an encounter message.
Following are the classes and their attributes which have notes specific to HDR Implementation.
Table 3.2.1-1 Control Act Wrapper: Attributes with HDR Implementation Specific Comments| SI. No | Class Name | Attribute | Implementation Specific Comments |
