setup.iss file variables

Note: If you select the options that do not configure the InForm Publisher software to publish to any studies, you must add the studies manually after completing the installation. For more information, see Configuring the InForm Publisher application.

Descriptions of setup.iss file variables

Variable

Description

szDir

Path name to the InForm Publisher software installation location.

Sel-0

Not supported.

Sel-1

Not supported.

TNS_Name

TNS alias of the instance containing the InForm studies that are to be published to the target application.

SystemUserName

Name of an Oracle system user account that can grant privileges to the Oracle user accounts for the InForm studies (for example, system).

Note: The system user name and password are not needed if you ran the script on the database before running the unattended installation.

SystemPassword

Password for the privilege-granting Oracle account.

PublisherUserName

Name of the user who has the rights to grant privileges to the queue read by the InForm Publisher application (Queueing Privilege Grantor user).

PublisherUserPwd

Password for user who has the rights to grant privileges to the queue read by the InForm Publisher application.

SkipAccountCreation

Option to skip the creation of a new Queueing Privilege Grantor user.

Note: The default value for the SkipAccountCreation variable is False.
