This report shows:

The number of forms that are expected at any point in the study.
The number of forms that are incomplete.
The length of time that incomplete forms have been incomplete, beginning with the date of visit.

Note: This calculation relies on the use of the DOV controls specified in the form design.

CRAs use this report to stay current on the CRF activity within their site.
